John Harrison 'Vegetable Growing' book signing, May 2009

We had a great day on 9th May 2009 when Burleydam Garden Centre had from a visit from John Harrison, also known as 'The Unknown Gardener'.

John is the author of two very popular books, ' Vegetable Growing' and 'The Essential Allotment Guide', and kindly signed plenty of copies for our customers. Many signatures later, we managed to get John into our very own 'Good Life' Garden', and were pleased to receive some great feedback from him.

John also has created his very own responsive and active website, which has received over 10 million have visitors. www.allotment.org.uk

We look forward very much to seeing John return here again in the future!
