Facilities Available At Burleydam Garden Centre

Our objective is to not only meet the needs of the keen gardener but also to offer something for the whole family. Expanded sales areas offer more choice, our new Good Life Garden is a place where adults and children can find out more about how to 'grow your own' fruit and vegetables, and the Orchard Café is somewhere that you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a full meal.

We have extensive free parking available allowing you to spend as long as you like at Burleydam browsing the full range of products and enjoying our many other facilities.

We have ramps and disabled toilets available and the store layout has been designed to allow for easy wheelchair access.

In March 2009 the space previously occupied by our award winning 'Story Garden' evolved into the 'Good Life Garden'. To benefit children and adults alike, this garden shows how to grow fruit and vegetables for real, with raised beds, a greenhouse, the composter, the water butt, and not forgetting our happy hens, Felicity and Penelope. It certainly is a garden worth visiting.

Hot and cold drinks and a range of homemade light refreshments and meals are now being served in the Orchard Cafe. Extensive childrens menus are available from healthy homemade cooking to traditional sausage and chips.

We have lots of events and workshops available throughout the year for your family to enjoy together. Please see our events pages for further details.

We provide a delivery and plant wrapping service in-store, please ask at the information desk for more details.
