Many thanks to everyone who came along to our Pets Department at Burleydam Garden Centre to take part in our Gorgeous Guinea Pigs Competition.

As always, the response was fantastic and we got to meet some beautiful guinea pigs.

We had a great time meeting you and your pets, and as you can see on our Facebook Page, we took lots of great photos. You can see more pictures of our winner, runner up, second runner up, and our special award winner.

Saturday 5th June

New for this year - Burleydam’s Gorgeous Guinea Pig Competition.

You don’t have to own a thoroughbred guinea pig, just a happy well cared for animal. Margaret Garner, secretary of Chester and District Small Livestock Society, will judge every guinea pig and give helpful advice.

All entrants receive a rosette and the winner and runners up win £100 and £50 of vouchers. Between 10am and 3.30pm.

Many thanks to everyone who entered our Bouncy Bunny Competition in the Pets Department at Burleydam Garden Centre on Saturday 3rd April.

We were delighted to meet so many wonderful bunnies and their owners.
